Alister Shoots Tornado in 3D!
Alister's 2009 tornado chasing season turned out to be a good one when he captured a violent tornado in 3D HD. The tornado was near Lamont in Oklahoma and was on the ground for around 20 minutes. The long tornado life and fact that it was slow moving gave Alister time to film it in very high quality HD. Later in the year he will be releasing a spectacular 3D documentary about his travels to the Arctic, Iceland, Tornado Alley and Arizona Monsoon. Click Here to see a 3D stereoscopic video preview. Elemental Project Northern Lights Expedition on Vimeo in HD! |
Northern Lights Arctic Expedition. As part of The Elemental Project we spent 4 days in the mountains in Northern Norway. We got some incredible footage as our trip coincided with a geomagnetic storm. A full update will follow soon, but to some up we spent 3 nights in temperatures down to -24c under crystal clear skies filming horizon to horizon arcs of green, blue and red lights. Amazing! This was an amazing experience and I suggest that everyone should try to see the Aurora Borealis at some time in their life! |
